Pictured here is my Venus Ritual Candle. I deal with a lot of Planetary Magick, but the ritual this comes with is quite special.
If you’ve been following me for a while you know that I incorporate a lot of Shadow Work in all my offerings and pieces- this ritual is no different.
This was born out of a time in my life where I was heavily experiencing body dysmorphia. I had lost so much weight and started to come into my own, but other pieces of me started to scream. I dropped down to 93 pounds from 315 - it wasn’t healthy.
I grew my relationship with Venus, my own heart, and my body. This ritual was created out of that time. I still struggle, as we all do, but supportive magick is always my foundation.
This acts as a catalyst to help you see yourself in your wholeness, to offer up areas you love and areas you would like to learn to love. This candle also acts to attract love outside of yourself as well.
It is dressed with herbs and oil that correspond with Venus, made on Friday (Venus’s Day), and adorned with a Heart Chakra inspired medallion.
